Why this fabric
Hi-vis fabric lives or dies on two things buyers often underestimate: color accuracy and colorfastness. A fluorescent yellow or orange has to sit within a specific color range to actually function as safety wear, and fluorescent dyes are far more sensitive to dyeing and finishing control than ordinary shades — small process drift shows up as a color that reads slightly off, or one that dulls after repeated washing and UV exposure. Hitting the target and holding it batch after batch is fundamentally a dyehouse problem, not just a fabric-selection one.
Our fluorescent line has been developed for programs requiring EN ISO 20471, and has supplied European protective-workwear projects (we don’t name customers). We control fluorescent yellow and orange color and colorfastness on our own dyeing and finishing lines, and verify both against the requirement your program is built to — per order, rather than by assumption. Base cloth is polyester and polyester blends, matched to the garment and end use.
Because you’ll be checking our fabric against a physical reference and a standard, we’d rather you verify than take our word for it: we send samples on request and test per order to your protocol before bulk.
