Why this fabric
CVC leads with cotton for a soft, natural hand, then adds polyester for durability and shape retention — the best-of-both base for workwear, uniforms and casual apparel. It feels closer to pure cotton than standard T/C, yet shrinks less and lasts longer, so garments stay comfortable without the maintenance headaches of 100% cotton.
We weave the full range and customize it: a cotton-dominant cotton and polyester blend (around 60/40), weights across 130–260 gsm, with bio-polishing for a clean, low-pill surface and soft finishing. A versatile, cost-effective base that bridges comfort and durability. OEKO-TEX 100 and BCI cotton available — exact weight, finish and shade set per your approved sample.
